During this 20 week forum we will focus on the elements of
Yoga History and Philosophy,
Teaching Methodology and Techniques,
Business and Ethics of Teaching Yoga,
Developing your Teaching Style and Class Format,
Study of Asanas,
and Personal Growth for Teachers.
The course includes both contact hours, and non-contact hours which require you to observe and take yoga classes, the personal study of Yoga Sutras and developing your yoga practice.
