Yoga TT Weekend Seminars:
These weekend seminars are available for students in the Yoga on the Beach Yoga Teacher Training Program, or for anyone who may be interested in learning more about the subject. Designed with an accelerated learning format each program will mix lecture, practical and experiential learning to help the students grasp a deep understanding of the subject.

Seminars:
The Physical Body: A practical approach to Anatomy, Physiology and Kinesiology focusing on how each system functions and supports us. This seminar is taught from a functional and experiential style, with a strong applicable focus.
The Energy Body: This seminar will focus on the Energy Body, including the study of Prana, Chakras, Nadis and will certify you as a Reiki I practitioner. In the yoga system the Energetic Body is as important to the practice of yoga as is the physical body. Learning this system and applying it to life and yoga is key to making the shift from the superficial level into a deep practice of yoga.
Pranayama and Meditation: The first day of this seminar is focused on the practice of meditation, understanding its history, function and spiritual applications. Our second day will be focused on the practice of Pranayama, or breath control. We will explore different types of Pranayama, learning the function, and benefits of this ancient practice.
Yoga Immersion: (Friday 4PM – Sunday 6 PM 32 hrs)
The Yoga Immersion is an intensive weekend giving you an opportunity to live in community while delving deep into the Yogic lifestyle. A mixture of time together in practice, and time alone to reflect in stillness will be blended to give you the opportunity to grow, integrate and interact with Yoga on a new level. Asanas, meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy, intense self reflection as well as 5 Meals will be included.
