FULL MOON YOGA on CAPE COD

Join us on Poppy Spit, Sunday August 18, 2024 7:00-8:00 PM

Don and Nancy are looking forward to a powerful practice to celebrate the Sturgeon full moon, see old friends and meet new ones. Please bring a blanket or towel to practice on (we will have a few with us) water and bug spray. Class fee is $20.00 (or you can use any class cards you have remaining)

Reminder there is no parking, so bike, walk or paddle on over.
